With more than 25 years of experience across defense, intelligence, civilian, and financial sectors, Mr. Jenkins brings an unparalleled blend of cybersecurity mastery, cleared program leadership, and enterprise operations management to the organization.
A cleared executive, Mr. Jenkins spent more than two decades delivering advanced cybersecurity, network engineering, and mission-critical IT programs for organizations including the U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, Department of the Treasury (FinCEN), Military Sealift Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. His leadership has shaped major accreditation, continuous monitoring, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management efforts across classified and sensitive environments, consistently achieving 100% SLA compliance, flawless customer evaluations, and on-time delivery of high-value federal systems.
Before joining Marked Galaxy, Mr. Jenkins held roles spanning Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Senior Program Manager, Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, IA Officer, ISSM, ISSO, RMF/NIST A&A Lead, and Senior Network Manager —a rare vertical depth that enables him to lead both enterprise strategy and hands-on mission execution with equal authority.
