With over 20 years of experience supporting agencies like the U.S. Army, DISA, DOJ, and HHS. He has led multi-million dollar compliance initiatives spanning RMF Steps 1–6, FedRAMP, and classified enclave security. He has personally overseen the delivery of 27+ ATOs and secured over $10B in protected government assets.

Under his leadership, Marked Galaxy earned its first federal prime contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs and built a pipeline of over 120 proposal submissions annually. His strategic vision drives the company’s growth into cleared staffing, SETA support, and data-driven federal solutions.

The COO serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Marked Galaxy LLC, overseeing internal operations, project delivery, and cleared staffing execution for high-impact government programs.

He brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, program delivery, and federal talent acquisition. He has led teams through rapid-scale deployment of cleared professionals across cybersecurity, clinical, and administrative domains, supporting agencies including DoD and the VA.

As COO, he manages business processes, business development, personnel oversight, and operational strategy to ensure Marked Galaxy consistently exceeds client expectations and contract milestones.
